Using greezefilms.com or buying something here means you agree to these terms. They exist so both sides know where they stand — nothing in here is a trick.

Who we are

Greeze Films is the studio of filmmaker Al Greeze, based in New York. When these terms say "we" or "us," that's who they mean. Reach us any time at support@greezefilms.com.

Buying things

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, and payment is processed by Stripe. When you place an order, you're confirming the details you give us — email and shipping address included — are accurate. Our refund and shipping terms live in the Store Policies, which are part of these terms.

Digital purchases are a license, not ownership of the film

When you buy a digital download, you're buying a personal license: watch it as many times as you want, on your own devices, forever. What the license doesn't include: re-selling it, uploading it anywhere public, screening it commercially, or passing copies around. The films stay the property of Greeze Films.

Your download link is tied to your purchase and meant for you. Sharing it publicly can get it revoked — that protects the work, and everyone who paid for it.

Our content

Everything on this site — films, trailers, writing, photos, designs, the Greeze Films name and logo — belongs to Greeze Films or its licensors. Quoting or sharing a link is welcome; republishing the work itself without permission isn't.

What we don't promise

We work to keep the site and downloads available around the clock, but we can't guarantee zero interruptions. The site and its content are provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the site or a purchase is capped at the amount you paid us for that purchase.

Fair use of the site

Don't attempt to break, probe, or abuse the site, its checkout, or its download system. That's the whole rule.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Anything we can't resolve directly gets handled in New York courts.
