What we collect

When you buy something, we receive your name, email address, and — for physical orders — your shipping address. Payment itself is handled entirely by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers, and we never see it.

When you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

Like nearly every website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your order, sending your download or shipping updates, and answering your messages. That's the list.

What we never do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.

Who else touches your data

Stripe processes payments (their privacy policy). Printful prints and ships apparel orders, so they receive the name and address needed to deliver. Digital downloads are delivered through our content delivery network. Each of these receives only what's needed to do its job.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we're required to for accounting and tax purposes. Support emails are kept as long as they're useful for helping you.
